1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation Window:
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund of the booking amount.

  • Late Cancellation:
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund.

  • No-Show Policy:
    Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will not receive a refund.


2. Refund Policy

  • Partial Refunds:
    For eligible cancellations, a 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 3 – 6 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Service Charges:
    Any applicable transaction or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


3. Modification of Bookings

  • Booking modifications (change of dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.

4. Early Check-Out

  • In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the stay.
