Free Cancellation Window:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the check-in date are eligible for a partial refund of the booking amount. -
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund. -
No-Show Policy:
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show and will not receive a refund.
2. Refund Policy

Partial Refunds:
For eligible cancellations, a 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded. -
Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 6 business days from the date of cancellation. The amount will be credited to the original method of payment. -
Service Charges:
Any applicable transaction or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Modification of Bookings

Booking modifications (change of dates, room type, etc.) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.

4. Early Check-Out

In case of early departure, no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the stay.
